Nice tutorial. Fuel line works too. I've used Gates fuel line for breather lines on several builds.

I think he reused the stock one but Toyota sells it. 9093003097

Vinyl tubing gets very stiff in the cold where I live. I would opt for good quality fuel line hose myself.

Using clear tubing was intriguing, rubber hose maybe more practical.
 
Nice video. I also used the Toyota one-way valves when I extended my diff breathers, much better than other options I've seen. I have the factory sub-tank, so the position you showed the hose running behind the filler cap doesn't work for me, as the lever to fill the sub-tank is fitted there. I ran my rear diff breather inside the body instead, into the factory grommet that has the wiring harness running out of it, in the rear left of the vehicle just behind the wheel. I have the top of it sitting behind the left cargo access panel, tucked behind the bottle jack. I personally think this is a better spot.
