I e-mailed him earlier and have yet to hear back. Sounds really weird. How can a desert California car go to Canada then get sold to a guy in Key Largo and already be rusted out. Never had any mechanical work done what so ever yet he says he just replaced the entire front end?
The whole title thing is even more absurd. It is already in the US for crying out loud and it will be 25 years old next year anyway. Sorry but it only costs about 200 bucks in Oregon to get all of the paperwork done (been there done it) so how that adds on 100% of the purchase price I don't know.
