Diesel Injector Pump repair service in Vancouver BC area?

Hi Folks,

I have a 1991 HDJ81 Cruiser VX Ltd, with a 1 HD-T motor.

My injector pump is starting to leak, especially when cold. So, it likely needs to be resealed or rebuilt.

Any recommendations or experiences to share would be appreciated.

Remove it and ship it to Okanagan Diesel Injection in Vernon for Jon Fox to fix. You do not want just anyone working on it that pump. Mind as well send injectors in at the same time to be checked.

Curious, as mine is leaking too, do you how much $ we are talking for injection pump re-seal and injector refurb?

I use Wilson & proctor in Victoria every time it's been about 1100$ to 1200$ for the complete inspection, rebuild and testing. Had three done there now, no complaints two worked better than before and one might not have needed a rebuild.

I had Jon do mine at Okanagan Diesel a few months ago, was about $1500 from what I remember. Great guy to deal with too, he knows these pumps well, which is what you want. I sent my injectors in too, but they ended up being fine, just some minor adjustments and a few hundred bucks.
