Did I blow an O-ring?

I'm developing a cough.... but that's not my biggest problem actually... becuase everytime i cough, or sneeze, I let a little gas out... wondering if I blew an oem O-ring or not... I don't play mamma bear/baby bear so it can't be that.... is it just an age thing?

I almost got up to check my self earlier... thought things had happened...
