Mine is a 2006 Land Cruiser 105 with a 1HD FTE conversion. I got this clattering noise from the gearbox area right after the fte was installed. Still no joy in figuring out that the noise is.
It presents itself only on load, and the noise isn't evident on idle or even when revving in one place.
