Delay when moving from R to D when cold

Hello,
Recently when the LC200 is cold (especially after standing for few days),
When I reverse from my parking and put it on D, there is a 2 second delay and the gear change with a jump forward.

The gear oil was changed a year ago + filter.

Any ideas?

Potentially normal to a degree. If it's excessive, may be worthwhile to check fluid level.
