I got those or ones that look identical. Haven't tested them that much, but they seem to work ok. There is some tolerance to the preset pressure - +/- 0.1-0.2 bar when measured after deflating. I will have to try to grease them a bit, looks like it might help.

It’s not that fast. But I’ve started driving with them and just talk them off after 10 Min or so. I don’t go over 20 mph with them attached.

this from Boulder Tools works well enough

Got my cheapo EZ-Deflators over the weekend and used them when I went on a short run on Saturday.

For the most part they worked well. I had initially set them up for 14psi when I first got them on Friday but when I used them on the run on Saturday they all stopped at 20psi for some reason. When setting them up I had run around down a bit to make sure tires were warm and everything, but was easy enough to mess with the adjuster at the trail head and bring them down a bit. Will still need to play with them but have them set at about 15psi at this point from what I could tell.

Sucky part was after we were done I ran to my local Discount Tire to have them air me back up (instead of airing up at the end of the trail) and their machine didn't like one tire that was below 14psi so had to break out a different line to air everything up to my normal 38psi. Little odd but whatever, its free and semi on the way home (and didn't have anything better to do).

My buddy had gotten one of the ARB deflators that removes the valve core like what @Armed in Utah linked. Took him just as long as me to air down with me futzing with the adjustments. So all depends on how much you want to spend and whatnot.
