Took some cube steak from a deer i killed this year (about a pound) cut it into fajita sized strips, added a good bit of Worcestershire sauce, a tsp of cumin, a tbsp of chilli powder, a tbsp of spicy mustard, and some black pepper. Mixed all that together in a bowl to get it worked into the meat.

Cubed some potatoes (just as much as you need) into really small cubes and put them in a pan with some finely cut bacon and started that.

Cut a pepper, an onion, and some garlic and simmered them with some olive oil.

Just before the pepper, onion, garlic got done i added the deer to that some pan.

Started some re-fried beans.

When all was done i put them in some little tortillas and put what i liked on top.

Very good.

I was out of cayenne/red pepper but i would have added some of that for a little more spice.

sounds good.

sounds real good. I just need Crustyota to send me some deer meat

thanks. It came out awesome. The chilli powder is really the most important part i think. it made it taste really... mexican... haha.

I'm sure it would work just as well with any meat though. If using chicken i would probably leave out the cumin though.
