Dec 2010 Snow pics day after X-mas

Got atleast 4 inches so far. Turning into frozen rain now though. Think it is ending for us now. Roads are bad down this way.

We are at about 6 inches now.

Just took the wifes 80 out in it for the first time for me. All i can say is i want one.

None of our roads out here have been cleared what soever. Only a few people have driven down them also.

well I am out in Hickory area for the week - got about 4" then maybe 1/4"? of sleet/freezing rain......

This was Highway 17, yesterday about 10 AM. Around Sneads Ferry in between Jacksonville and Wilmingotn heading towards Jacksonville. Lived in Wilmington since 94 and have never seen this much snow down here.

any other photos? I saw several pictures of snow on the beach and even heard that waves were coming in with a frozen sheen on the top. Can't speak first hand but seems like a once in a lifetime opportunity.

it's not the beach...

Can't hardly believe how much we picked up down here...and most of it is still down here - they shut down the interstates today to clean up the snow/ice. A solid 3-4" here!
