I know it's a topic that's been beaten to death but after months of buying new front end parts and searching every forum on the internet about it.....I'm now posting. In a nutshell, low speeds (less than 20mph) hit a pot hole on the passenger front and you experience extreme wobble in the wheel. Entire front end shake which one would think would be an easy diagnose??? I'm running reverse shackles, all new OME lift (heavy duty) rebuilt steering box, new BFG K02's, ManaFre tie bar, new TRE's, fresh brakes, steering stabilizer, bearings etc. Everything is tight....I'm out of ideas and practically out of money Lol. Could use a bit of toe out from what a friend of mine thinks. Open to any ideas. Thanks.

Shackle reversal = needing caster correction outside of a few circumstances.
"Yeah, but..." Seriously, check your caster angle. I'll bet it's >8 degrees.

What front spring hanger and shackle length did you use? Unless the front spring hangers are longer than you'd like them to be, you likely have terrible caster numbers.
Edit: Throw up some clear pics of the front end that illustrate angles and such.

X2 on 4 degrees!!!

Bent tie rod. water in one tire. wheel bearing. knuckle bearing. faulty tie rod end. bent rim. tires out of balance. mud/snow stuck in the rim. seized brake caliper.

Yes I have had plenty of wobbles in my cruiser.

These are all situations where I have had bad death wobble to deal with.

You guys know nothing of death wobble!

Lift a grand Cherokee 3in and put 33s on it and buckle up and put on a helmet because your in for a ride.

I never got it sorted either, steering stabilizers, track bars, new bushings, etc and every time I hit a decent pot hole at 35mph it would get nuts

This is the only area I've not investigated and it had apart yet. I see the shim but perhaps it's the incorrect one?

i live your u bolt flip kit. which one is it? sorry i can't add more to the conversation. i fought with pinion angles for quite a while (finally got it sorted once the springs finally settled).

The shim goes the way it is in your pic if it is the stock set up with the shackles in the front with the lift and longer shackles in the front.

You guys are not helping.

Why don't you help then?
Wide end of the shim usually will always go towards the the front bumper. you want the shims wide end to compensate for the angle change(castor). So if you have longer than stock shackles you would want the shim wide end towards the shackles. Your shackles are reversed but you want the shim towards the front and not towards the shackle because the aftermarket setup you have drops the leaf spring angle forward with the long mounts. I should just draw a picture

Here is my 55 setup. Short hangers up front and shackles through the frame keep the angle right. no need for shims

Ok so I spun the shim around and it's the same possibly worse. Here's a few pics front and rear. It's a massive wobble not a little one which is why you think it would be an easy fix.

I can see from the pics that you are way too much negative castor. Your shackles are pretty long which compensates for your low front hangers. I would try no shim or get a simple degree gauge and find out where you are with caster. This pic shows negative 4 and works very well for me
