Dead links in Tech Links

Can the "Tech Links section be updated, and dead links removed. I understand you have no control over other sites. Possibly and PDF is created from the initial site when posted. Then if the site goes down a PDF version is maintained.

That page is archival at this point...I don't trust that any of the links still work...threads and FAQ's on the forum are FAR more current
