Dead Battery Question

My 2008 LC (99,000 miles) had the battery die today.

Replaced it with a red top optima.

Once hooked a couple of problems appeared. The the auto up/down for both driver side doors doesn't work. Also, the rear driver side door window doesn't respond to any input from the driver door switches.

I checked all the fuses, and they looked fine.

Any idea what might have caused this--everything was working fine when I left the house this morning.

I got it. Had to recalibrate windows by holding them in the down position for 15 seconds and then holding them in the up position for 15 seconds. Works fine now.

Bravo - IH8MUD. Once again you provide sounds advise on a completely random ownership issue. I come back from deployment to a dead batter (surprised by Optima Yellow top), replace battery and PS window doesn't work. I come to this community and I have my answer.
