Found these great LEDs to replace the Daytime Running Lights, they also throw a higher beam for the High Beams. I like them bc they draw less, they are white and they match my Xenon lights. BUT Toyota wired the lights in sequence so only one of the two can be ON at any give time (LEDS DONT PROVIDE A CIRCUIT LIKE CONVENTIONAL BULBS). Curiously I can make them work as high beams together but then the DRLs are off. WTF?
Any known solutions (easy trick) to get the LEDs to work as DRls? I am not that keen to them to rewire the whole thing.
Thanks in advance.

I'd be surprised if they did work as drl's...high beams in an unmodified LC are wired in series when used as drl's...so, each bulb is getting a little over 6 volts or so. That's why they're not as bright as when they're used as headlights wired the normal way in parallel, and getting around 12 volts.

OT, thanks for your service, and greetings from 3rd ANGLICO. ;)

Which LEDs did you buy to replace your Highbeams? Or if you don't have a link, what are the output specs?

I dont have them, they got installed at the shop that does my sound system. We tried them and after different attempts I went back to the oem bulbs. So I have no idea. They did look good, clean white light.
