hey guys. im looking for a good wood dash kit for my 98 lx to match the oem trim. some of the old trim is beginning to come off. i was wondering if you guys knew which kits looked the best and matched the best as well. thanks

just peel it all off, that stick on wood trim kit is ugly. My LS430 has it and i wish we didnt get it. Keep with the factory wood that is on there, take the fake stuff off.
I see them on ebay but I have no idea about the quality.
It's an LX470? It's peeling?
adam, its not the standard trim that we have, he has the addon "option" that the dealers get from 3rd parties and stick on.
On an LX? I've just never seen that before on an LX.
I found these guys. They are highly recommended on the Tundra forum. The kits are real wood. I have ordered my kit but its not here yet.

yeah the stuff thats peeling is aftermarket that the dealer put on. i like the look so i want to replace it. i ended up ordering from dash kit specialities, they said its an OEM match. i havent gotten it yet, but ill let u know once i do for those of u interested.
I got mine yesterday and put it on today. I am impressed with the fit and finish. It was manufactured by Sherwood Dash.
