These are brand new, never opened. I bought them and then got the Isspro ones as a gift. The Isspro gauges matched my dash so I decided to go with them but didn't send my Dakota's back in time to get the refund. They are both 12V. I've got them on Ebay as well but they're a few bucks cheaper here.
