Cygnus different pollen filter? (1 Viewer)

Hi all

My 1999 Cygnus (LX470 UZJ100) doesn’t fit the 100 series pollen filters!

Anyone know the part number for the correct one pease??

Car came without filter in so nothing to compare to

The double cartridge that fits the uzj100 usually does not go back far enough only half way so I’m presuming there’s a different filter for the Cygnus?

The replacements I got to install my self were the same size as the ones installed by Lexus dealer ( 98 LX)
I think there is a foam piece way in the back of the housing that degrades and causes the filter to be loose.
Haven't addressed the issue, just rolled with the "Its been like that along time" philosophy.

I reread your post and replies I misunderstood your issue, mine were too small yours are to big, sorry I got nothing. Maybe my answer will help someone.

Yeah there’s defo a filter insert it’s just not the usual 2 piece design! I’ve found a 220mmx220mm version on eBay for the same vehicle so I’ve bought that just very odd how the same vehicle has 2 different designs for filter

My 98 LX is a February manufacturer date. Suspension components differ after 4/98. Sometimes they change their minds mid year.
