Well...we mounted CV Kurts new MT Bumper and Superwinch today. Install was fairly easy with no issues. Kurt still has to wire the winch and remote mount the solenoid, but most of the work is completed.

Amazing how much plastic and snaps hold these new trucks together. Winch mount went in first.

Looks good Kurt and installers. I can't believe you had to pull all that front end stuff.

Now you can take on that rock in Eldorado canyon. This time you'll win.:D

That is one monster...radiator!

Finally got the 2ga battery cables to run to the under-the-hood mounted solenoid...

Still have a few things to do winch wise:

1) add power cut-off
2) boots to cover power lugs
3) move remote jack to bumper
4) put 2ga wiring in loom (on order)
5) tidy up remote wiring
6) replace hook with a factor 55 prolink timble

and still need to do the blackout painting, protect the hose, and mount my license plate.

I think the timble is a wise investment to keep the rope from being damaged. Thinking I also ought to get a cover to keep the rope clean.

Now time for a
