Currie anti rock questions

Hi all.
My fj40.5 xtra cab pu is 4 linked with 1/4 elliptical springs, and want to get rid of some body roll and help get better traction. I have never installed an anti rock set up before and was wondering how to install one, best location, etc..This will be for the rear of my rig.
