Selling my set of 4 Cooper Discover S/T Maxx 285/75R16's mounted to 1996 FZJ-80 16x8 wheels (Plastic Center Caps NOT included). Tires and wheels are balanced and drive great. Tread measures 14/32's (18/32 nds new) and are 3 yrs old. Tires are wearing very well across tread and have about 28K on them! I would expect another 25K out of them. There is a very slow leak on one, 5 psi per month or so. Mostly highway miles but these do work great off road. We used them at the Vermont Overland Rally on class 6 roads and had no issues with rocks and mud. There are no plugs in the tires. We have never had a flat with them. Tires have holes for adding winter studs if needed but have never ran them studded. Wheels are rough with clear coat flaking and some pitting. I purchased a set of new tires (same ones) and have a cleaner set of wheels from a 40th Anniversary cruiser that I picked up a while back that I am going to use. Local pick up or shipping on your dime via FedEx or UPS, but these weigh about 90 lbs each. I have been quoted shipping other tires and it was nearly $100 each to ship. Located off I-95 in Guilford CT.
Asking:
$550 for 4 wheels and tires (I would keep leaking tire and tend to it when mounting up new set).
$750 for all 5 wheels and tires (all similar tread and wheel condition). Higher price as I would need to buy another tire and mount it up.
Tires only, 4 for $480. No 5 (tire only) option.
