Yes,

Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon. We can't please everybody, no matter how hard we try, so what ever works best for you.

I would suggest a potluck, which has been a successful format in the past, a couple hours long. Or, plan a BBQ/picnic somewhere like Oak Flats or Elena Gallegos picnic area, which has also worked well.
