having built from scratch a few turbo systems with intercoolers myself are you not concerned with clearances to all the things that the charge pipes are touching, brake lines, exhaust manifold, front valance, fender, rad lines (this one is bad) etc. In my experience this might last for a bit until engine vibration wears a hole in either the charge piping or the thing being rubbed up against. How do you deal with these...
The one i couldnt avoid in my current turbo system is over the oil fill cap...which it is wearing through the cap itself. I replace a sacrificial piece or rubber here every now and then but who cares its the oil cap, but hard break lines, rad lines etc arent as forgiving.
