I have bought a number of parts from them over the last few years. You really have to deal with James. When you ask questions of others, they always need to ask James. They stand by their parts and will make good on problems. The biggest part that I have purchased from them was a lower tailgate. It was supposed to be rust free and mint. It was not my definition of mint nor my definition of rust free. To me, rust free is just that, no rust and mint means no dents. It appears that their definition was slightly different then mine. I would continue to buy from them but I have learned that you must be very clear in describing what you want.

I was local to them when I lived in Vermont and a few of my junkers ended up there. The northeast eats vehicles badly (an '88 is a very old vehicle there) and this is also why they have so much inventory at a steady stream. I have ordered repeatedly and been happy particularly on items that were not affected by rust such as interior, small mechanical stuff, coil/ignitor combos, fan clutches etc. I recommend them personally. They are a family business and James and the business have been around for a long time. By the nature of their name people assume they are a whored out chop house but they are good people and you are supporting the right people when you purchase from them. So take the advice here for what its worth, it is probably realistic, but I do and will support them for anything I can't find locally.
