Hey fellas,
I ventured up to north to your neck of the woods yesterday for a masters class field trip, and what did I happen to spy for sale on the road side in Charlotte but a nice tan 40. Its located around 2100 South Blvd in Charlotte. On the left hand side if heading into town. Didn't know if one of you guys was selling it or not so I thought I'd throw it out so you could check it out.

Yeah, it's been sitting there for a while.

I've stopped and looked at it and it's nice but the guy wants too much for it.

I've seen it too. It's been there for a while. It looks like a good good restoration project but the price was too high for it's condition.
