I have a fairly large collection of cruiser projects and parts that I am offering as a whole package if somonoe is interested.
Unfortunately life has gotten in the way of a hobby I enjoyed for many years and I am unable to finish the projects. All are unfinished but have all the necessary parts and then some for the individual with the time and ability to finish them.
Here's a list of what I have:
1972 FJ-40 V8 conversion with saginaw power steering and spring over axle converstion. Carbureted 305 V8 with 3 speeds trans. This was a running driving vehicle that needed a paint job and the leaky gas tank replaced. I have bed lined the interior and painted the body. The tank and seats need to be put back in and various small parts put back on the body. Also includes toyota oem front disc brake conversion that needs to be installed. Needs very little time to be back on the road or more so off the road!
1978 FJ-40 stock vehicle project. This was a very good running vehicle I purchased that needed some rust repair. The previous owners had left it in the elements with no top or doors. I do have an older hard top and doors for it. I have the front sheet metal off. Needs body (not frame) cosmetic rust repair. Has new specter header and exhaust system, rebuilt carb and many more parts. Uninstalled parts include, mini truck power steering, CCOT mid and rear beb sheet metal, scion seats, urethane body mounts, tail lights and light guards, and many other small oem rubber parts.
1985 FJ-60 V8 conversion project. Basically everything you need minus the exhaus pipes for a complete V8 conversion. Engine, harness, rebuilt 700r4 trans, rebuilt transfer case, adapters, engine mounts, shifters, are all there. Straight damage free, rust free body. Just needs engine and trans installed. Many additional parts. Over $10k invested in vehicle as it sits.
1972 FJ-40 body tub and frame. Tub has some damage up front and the frame has surface rust but looks to be structurally sound. Many other parts that go with it.
A shop full of misc cruiser parts, some of which include, 3 spd trans and transfer, 4 spd trans, drive shafts of all kinds, complete wiring harnesses for fj-60's, complete steering columns, exhaust parts, carbs, 2F cylinder head, oil pumps, fuel pumps, lights, fj-62 complete axles and differential. shackles, wheels and tires, body parts, bikini tops....... I hoarded many, many new and used parts for over 10 years! There is a lot there!
I haven't compiled a written inventory of parts yet, but I'll work on it. It is very extensive.
I was very involved in the hobby for 10 years and owned over 20 cruisers.
If someone is looking for a "collection" like this with great parts, great projects, and great potential, then this in an opportunity to get a complete "buy out" at substantially less than what I have invested.
I will be willing to seperate projects and parts lots, as I have the projects listed for sale seperately, but for someone with the resources to buy and transport my collection, this would be an awesome deal.
