My 03 LC got into a minor fender bender recently with a small car. Vehicle speed during impact was
around 5-10 mph. The damage I can visually see on the LC is as follows

* right headlight cracked (bulbs still work)
* body panel over right wheel dented and crumpled in the front
* right side of bumper cracked and dented.

I twisted and broke off the "hanging" part of the bumper and have continued
to drive around. I have driven the vehicle around 70 miles after the collision
and there seems to be no other issues.

My questions

How do I (if I wanted) go about putting in a ARB (or similar)
bumper when this vehicle is fixed? Do I have to
do this work in two parts where I get fixed everything
but the bumper from a Toyota body shop and then
shop around separately for a bumper ? Or, are there
shops that can install it for you as a part of this
work ? My vehicle repairs will be paid for by insurance.

Do i need to be overly cautious about driving with
a headlight with a crushed cover ( it is raining here)?

If it matters, I am in the SF Bay area.

I sourced and installed the ARB winch bumper on my Discovery at 4Wheel Parts. They did my diff lockers as well. And competent 4WD shop can order and install.

I'd have the body work / mechanical done at toyota and take it to a shop that's installed ARB before, unless toyota wants to do it. One of the techs might do it as a side job if it's at a dealer.... Some dealers won't install stuff they can't warranty it.
