The current version in the back is a little too bouncy for my liking. And the way its positioned now makes it very prone to twisting up from a tree branch, Its too small, too weak. Its canned.
I'm test fitting a new bracket, It sits a bit forward on the hood but will move hood, allowing for larger lights to be mounted. Curious on anyones thoughts on a more forward mounted light, I know the popular option is to tuck it right into the A pillar but Thats not an obvious option for the FJ60. Hood gaps are tight and space is very limited. Is it a deal breaker? It sits directly forward of the radio antenna.
