Guys,

I just saw a 1991 Cruiser on craigslist in the Jackson section (truck is in Purvis). $5500, 122k miles, very good shape.

Sounds like a good deal. I emailed for pics. Someone should check it out.

P.S. Always leave Cottonland meetings before dark, otherwise you'll get talked into a nightcap with Bodean and Euclid. Lesson learned. I woke up at 4 a.m. this morning and felt like a penguin had perched on my face and pooped in my mouth.

Stay away from 91-92 cruisers.....Sorry LandSpeeder.

Way under powered: A 62 drivetrain with 80 body & weight.

As far as the nightcap....their both professionals.

Hey! I resemble that comment.

Yea...I'm a dick.:flipoff2:

Its just that $5500 for a rig thats not locked & under powered (my thought) is high.
For $2k-$3k more you could have a locked, more HP 80. NOT saying 93-97 80's are a huge difference(HP) but the options (lockers) are worth it.

Ben, dont worry about another rig....just build yours.

I wasn't really interested in it. Just thought someone might want a cheap truck to build on. I have my hands full.

You can never have too many Cruisers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is true, Gunrunner. If I can find gainful employment, a 40 will find its way into my carport! ;) Until then, i'm stuck with a stock McDade-mobile.
