Well I see the official dates have been released, May 1-5. I unfortunately will be working and can't attend but that doesn't mean someone else can't step up to the plate and lead this run on a classic event that brings out so many cruiser heads.
Now if they run it like they did last year the actual large event with many different trails will be the 3-5 of May. The 1-2 is some overnighter trails. Like last year if those attending want to do some trails with our group specifically prior to the main event it won't be a problem and as always will be a lot of fun. The event itself does not guarantee that our group runs together. This gives our members an opportunity to run the trails they want when we are down there and meet new people.
Really the big things for us to consider is accommodations, itinerary, what trails our group would like to run prior to the main event if any. So post up everyone let's here from the group. Those of you wanting to step up and lead I will contact you privately to discuss details.
Found the plan for this year same as last for the event.
30th Tuesday - Kokopelli run starts
1st Wednesday - San Rafael Swell run starts, Registration, Safety Inspection
2nd Thursday - Guided Trail Runs, Vendor Night
3rd Friday - Guided Trail Runs, Dinner, Raffle
4th Saturday - Guided Trail Runs
5th Sunday - Clean up and depart
