I've owned my 2004 LC for about 18 months and just recently I noticed a loud creaking noise in the area of the passenger side front wheel. Unlike other postings on here the noise on my vehicle varies with the speed. At low speeds it sounds like a creaking hardwood floor, at higher speeds it turns into a clicking noise. I'll be taking the truck to my local dealer this week but any information or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks...

Dealer just replaced front pads and turned the rotors about a month ago.

Does it do it all the time? My corolla makes a similar sound, but only when I am pressing the brake pedal. I recently did the front brakes so I am suspecting something there.

stone or chip stuck in caliper.
or spindle bearing.

The sound occurs whenever the vehicle is in motion and I don't believe it happens during braking.

Thanks uHu - how complicated is a spindle bearing repair or replacement? I'm not mechanically inclined so the dealer will be fixing this for me and I don't want to get ripped off.
