Ok, heres the deal. Im switching the vacuum solenoids that engage and disengage the 4wd with MAC valves like people on this board have done. I have the hoses all set up like they are supposed to be (manifold to fitting 1, tcase to fitting 2), i checked the solenoids to see if the work (they do), and it wont work. In fact, i keep blowing fuses like crazy. So i officially have no idea whats goin on. Any one who has done this mod please gimme some help here.

Also, i wanna go wheeling tommorow so i was just gonna switch the hoses up, but i couldnt get it to work. If i connect the line from the manifold to one side of the diapraghm ie to one of the 2 hoses that runs to the tcase and leave the other open, shouldnt it go into 4wd? Because its not.

Help.

Gratuitous bump.

Im wondering if the new valves pull more amps than the old ones did. Im gonna crawl underneath and find out if i have a mystery vacuum leak somewhere too.

Its all good now. Turns out i think there was a blockage in the hose. I got it to shift into 4wd with a vacuum line straight from the manifold (i guess i unblocked it with the force) and then rehooked up the solenoids. I think i was shorting it by having all the wires dangling out and touching each other (im a retard sometimes) and once i put heat shrink on em it worked fine.

Wheeling in T-Minus 1 hour.
