he must be dreaming....$12,000 for a 62...no way
I am sure he is giving himself wiggle room....I have seen 60s in worse condition go for $4-6k so he might be around 6-8k with right buyer depending on how good it really is up close. Then again where LC are plentiful in California they are going for $2k less than every where else.

He has lowered the price already to $10, 500
Never hurts to ask for that much...if it does not sell then you lower and re-list....until it does.
