Apex tool group is who that is & if you want to cut out the ::awesome:: customer support you get from India, call that number - it'll land you with a domestic switchboard where if you know the part # of the missing (or poorly forged) hand tool, it'll be a simple / quick conversation.
I don't know beyond simple hand tools how far that number will support you in dealing with Apex/Craftsman, but it may help you.
If anyone gets other useful numbers for tools as the support/store locations for Sears slowly dwindles, maybe we can look out for each other & post them.
