"How long does shipping take to xxxxx?"

We ship daily via United Parcel Service (UPS) from our Sandy, Utah location.

Average shipping times:

(Please note that not every order will ship on the day it is ordered, orders placed after our UPS pick-up, back-ordered products, special order parts, assembled kits or components and/or weather issues can cause delays in shipping. Be sure to confirm ship date when ordering.

"Do you ship to Canada?"

Absolutely, for our Canadian bound orders we ship via US Postal Service. Please discuss details at time of order. For further information please visit our shipping information page.

"How much is it to ship a suspension to xxxxx?"

Full suspension kits must ship on a pallet via a trucking company, each leaf spring weighs anywhere from 40-75lbs and shipping them via UPS or other common parcel delivery companies end up costing far more money than a single pallet. Shipping depends both on location as well as the type of delivery address. Generally a full suspension will ship to a commercial address in the westerns states for ~$125 and a commercial address in the eastern states for ~$150. Add $25 for residential addresses. If you can line up a commercial address in your local, we will absolutely extend the discount on to you, and often we do 'shipping discounts' anyways on full suspension kits. Be sure to ask when ordering.

Thanks for the kind words!

Having ordered multiple times from Kurt, I will say he is the hands down best vendor I have dealt with! Extremely fast shipping, and very reasonable shipping costs put him at the top of the cruiser vendor list. Combine that with the fact that its a pleasure to speak to a person that can answer your questions intelligently based on personal knowledge AND experience, instead of some sales drone from other companies that cant/doesnt give an accurate answer. He takes the time to make sure you get what you need, regardless of whether that means less sales revenue on his part. A stand up guy!

Kurt will steer you right and get you the correct parts!

I could have written this exact same thing about my experiences with Kurt. He's not the closest Cruiser parts vendor for me but I'd rather send him my orders because I know I'll get the right parts the first time and they will show up when he says they will arrive. I can't say the same thing for other companies in his line of work.
