Covered storage?

Anyone know any person/facility with safe, affordable covered storage in the lower mainland? Could be a commercial facility or just someone with extra space in a garage. I've got no space in my garage and don't want to park on the street in the rain.

I look after a marina that has a storage facility - the covered is full but I'm about ready to pull my boat out of there and could get your truck in. $60 a month flat rate. (In Pitt Meadows)
