Tower of murder baby.
well sorta, bored so this is basically just a shameless picture thread.

Took out a couple of the overloads ( the shorter ones) and the bottom leaf, so the springs actually flattened out a bit in the rear, and put some shorter shackles in the front.

much better ride height now, ass end probably came down 3 inches, front maybe 1 , but it feels like a lowrider now...

maybe one of these days I'll actually wheel it, needs a skid plate, trac bar....maybe actually attaching the rear bumper properly and and and....

second pic is before taking out leaves, actually thinking about making some canvas sides for it now, be good for the dusty roads, in the mean time maybe just some cargo netting to keep the mutts in.

(resizing pics sucks...)

nice work.

roll down sides would be kick ass.:grinpimp:

very "troopesqe". :D

ps. i have not forgotten about the center console and tailgate chains. did you get my email on updated pin out for that 24V radio? the original email has the pin out upside down AND backwards.

crusty

yeah I think so too, maybe out of that heavy ass military canvas or something.

got yer email, haven't had time to poke around with the radio yet, I need to do a little f'ing around with electrics , make some changes to the battery box, so until then there's no rush.

not like I don't have a few million other projects on the go that I can mess with in the mean time....

It really does look a lot like a troopie.
Man, I love the look of those things.
Looking real good.

Did you make the top? Or is it from a troopie.

Cheers,
N.
