Hello guys

I know WTOE hates paperwork, formalities, rules, etc. But we need something from you. We need your Chapter In Good Standing form.

As the Secretarial type person for TLCA, I need to have that, so that we can count you as "one of the good guys". It'd be even nicer if one of your members could attend the monthly call. We want you, we need you, we can't get enough of you.

I'll get the CGS form off to you in a day or so ... I maintain it. Not sure how many are still TLCA members though.

I'll try to bribe another delegate for the phone calls ... ours seem to burn out rather quickly.

If y'all got a spanish translator at them meetin's ... I can force our token Mes'kin to do it.

I no longer qualify to be a delegate to TLCA ... or even a member of TLCA ... since I no longer own a Ty-ota vehicle of any form or fashion.

But I bet I still attend more TLCA events than 90% of the members.

According to the TLCA bylaws, we only need four (4) TLCA members to remain a chapter in good standing. Further, we only have to encourage non-TLCA folks that own Toyotas to join TLCA. And... we can have up to 30% non-Toyota folk.

As always, duct taping a Toyota badge is enough to turn a heep dangler into a Toyota. Yes, duct tape is magic.

Send 'em four names and be done with it.

Kowboy -- I appreciate it. I know the calls can drag on, and it doesn't seem that we want outside comment, but we really do. I think change is afoot, and we may just wrangler the budget back into shape. Some of this change is coming from new ideas from chapter delegates.

I know most clubs would rather be out par-tic-i-pat-ting on the trail, rather than dealing with the overhead management of TLCA. But it's thanks to clubs and members like you that have helped us continue through the years.
