So I'm gonna have some extra time on the road this year as I'll be leaving so cal on the 12th and meandering thru AZ and NM on the way to the Roundup.

I am thinking that I will end up driving into the Dallas area on Tuesday, and IIRC, there's a shop called Wimberly 4x4 that is into cruisers that should be somewhat on my way if I'm coming in on the 20. I ran several searches for their address and ph # but didn't find anything. Anyone here know how to get ahold of them?

Wimberly 4x4 is South of Austin on I-H 35 just North of New Braunsfels. No where near I-20. If you contact Kling-on (Joel), he can give you more detail as the owner Daniel of Wimberly 4x4 is good friend of his. Also, one of the guys that works there is on Mud quite a bit, I know his name is Grant, I can't remember his handle but it is "Grant 5127" .

Yeah, not really interested in trying to drive all the way to Austin on this go-around, even though I would like to get down there one day [one of my guitar buddies moved down there years ago]. So who am I thinking of that's near the I-20 coming into Dallas?
