Just posting a new lead for Toyota service in the Triad area. Robert Kane, the AM at Rice Toyota gave me a great deal on the service that I needed on my rig. He beat out the dedicated LC guys and even the local mom and pop shops. Definitely give him a try and let him know you are from MUD.

Glad he helped you out. Must be a hundred thing ;)
Garson Rice is a cruiser fan and has a few, restores and sells a 40 occasionally.
I had no luck getting any interest in club participation with them a few years back and generally have had poor luck with them in my experiences. Not to say it wouldnt be worth bringing back up with them.

But you got a name and that may make all the difference in who you talk to.
And I wasnt meaning to dealer bash, just had poor experiences but not on the service side
now parts and used vehicle departments are another story

I must say i turned right around when the service guys complimented my 4runner :D

What model of Cruiser and what did you have done ?

Yeah, 100 series. Timing belt, pulleys/bearings (idler, etc), front and rear wheel bearing repack, seals, all new parking brake (cables, arms, etc), new diff hoses and breathers, new brake rotors and pads (upgraded), serpentine belt, water pump, thermostat, sunroof service, cv boots and upgrade bands, and more
