Condition and Price for 01 Cruiser

Was hoping someone could give me an opinion on this truck. GREAT shape inside and outside - around 99K. Check out undercarriage rust - it looks to be just surface, but wanted an expert opinion. Is this appropriate amound for this year? Truck is from the midwest. asking 19,900

That's about what the undercarriage of my '99 looked like when I bought it in January '05 from upState NY. I will tell you IMO these rust belt vehicles, as mine was, are worth less and from my experience are 10-15% less value than a similar vehicle from AZ, NV, NM, CA, UT, etc. If you buy it and you want to turn bolts/nuts underneath (including some captive frame nuts!) make sure you invest in a good drill, drill bits, good tap & die set, bolt extractors, etc....because you're going to need 'em!!!

I've decided against this truck because of the rust. Price is right, but i don't need the possibility of rust hidden on body in future or the mentioned maintenance issues underneath the truck

I have found an 02 with 92K with all records, timing belt and water pump done, navigation, near me for 22K. Trying to get him to 21.5K. I don't really want the navigation because I want to keep this truck forever and worry about the longevity of that system. Can anyone tell me about the durability of the nav system and whether this is a good price?
