Condensation in cargo area

I've searched, but not able to find any known issues that would explain why my 2009 LC would have condensation or moisture in the carpet of the rear cargo area. I noticed it after a trip to the beach, and assumed our cooler drain leaked. But I noticed it again this week when I lifted up the rubber mat. It was almost a perfect rectangle of condensation on underside of the rubber mat. I assume this may have something to do with the rear air system combined with high humidity levels this time of year? I didn't see any apparent issues with the rear weather seals. Thanks for any info.

Take a pic of the location? I'd assume it's whatever is just below the square condensation area that's causing it.
