Hi guys! I actually own an 80 series but wanted to ask you about the 100 series upper tailgate. Does it have the same problems with rusting?
I’ve already made a composite tailgate for my 80 series and was wondering if there would be a market for the 100 series?
It would be significantly lighter, and I could delete the window if that’s something people would be interested in?

There are certainly a few, myself included, that have had rust issues. 100's are prone to water ingress from the 3rd brake light.
