complete fj40 for $500?

I need a few parts for my project - doors, roof, hatch. shuold i buy a whole, Pa-rusty, A-title 69 fj40? the frame has bad repairs in the wheel arches. but it is complete - seats, gauges, running boards, hubcaps etc. but remember all has been sitting in the Pa salt. tub is probably gone.
will i get any money for parts?
Would someone actually want it whole to restore?

What year is your cruiser? the 69 stuff does not easilly fit a 78, for instance. The 69 is not a real desireable year, but you could probably get your $500 back stripping it. Paying $200-500 for a parts rig is common, but the later ones (post 75) are more desireable, as the parts are worth more. That help?
