Color matching an ARB bumper

Hi All,

Anyone have any success matching spray can paint to the Black ARB bumper color, ie flat, semigloss, satin, or specific spray paint like rustoleum, etc.

Rustoleum satin black. comes both spray and brush on

I have tried this and am finding it is too dull, it seems to me that the duplicolor OEM black at pepboys works best.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the rustoleum primer as I could scratch it off with my fingernail despite detailed prepwork.
I ended up going with a black chip coat spray by transtar and will paint over with a black semigloss spray and at bottom use duplicolor spray can bedliner.
I will post pics when done.

I've used a black semi-gloss that I think matches pretty well. Once it gets a bit of dirt on it, you'll never know the difference.
