Coilover top mounting plate - where to buy?

I'm going to be swapping out my suspension soon - and am leaning toward some bilstein 5100s w Eibach or OME springs upfront and 5100s or 5125s.
I don't believe the Bilsteins come with the top plate - and don't really want to tear down my current coilovers w 883s. I figure easier to resale, and just a hastle.

Anyone know of a company producing the top plate?
Toytec seems to have a nice machined Al top on their adj coilovers, but don't sell them separately (I asked).

I used the club's discount and bought the OEM parts. I don't know of any aftermarket parts...
