CO Silverton Trip this year

Hey all,

Last two years we've done a joint (unofficial) run with GCC and LSLC to the San Juan Mountains. It's on again this year, but will be the second week in august. There is also the discussion of taking half the time and going up to Crested Butte...not sure on that yet.

there are two discussions going on right now in the GCC and LSLC club corners.

Jenny, myself and my dog will attend again this year.

Would love to go.. but alas.. 3 TLCA events this year and purchasing a towrig.. I'm kinda done for a bit.. But who knows.. Maybe Chef will twist my arm! Thanks for the heads up! Hope to see you at the picnic..
For those that have not done this event in the past it is a blast.. Great scenery, easy family trails.

If anyone is interested in tagging along, I will be going to Silverton AM of August 7th (sunday) from Denver (actually Castle Rock) to Silverton via Lake City/Cinnamon Pass. This Pass is the easiest in the area and should be a good primer for the trip in...of course, no trailers
