Well it looks like the clutch master cylinder on the 40 is almost dead. I think it may still have the original in there. Anyways to my question. Has anybody changed theirs and have some pointers on what to do or not to do. I assume just swap it out and bleed the lines and should be good to go.

Mike,

Be sure to use a line wrench on it. If it is the original master, it may be difficult to break free and you will round-off the line nut.
