Hey everyone,

I am not sure if we can pull off another epic trip like Moab next year, but lets hear some discussion on it.
Where would you like to go for a week, or a long weekend?
TLCA event?
club only event, like the Moab trip
Can some of you keep your hot dogs in you pants so no babies that year? lol!

Daniel Boone backcountry byway over a long weekend so maybe on a couple days off work and not too far away (7-8 hours)

roundup a far trip but not out of the question if planned far enough in advance. Got a lot of family in Austin so that helps a lot w family planning

My vote is Windrock, I really want to go back next year. 70,000 acres and 300 miles of trails within a 7 hour drive.

Putting another word in haha. I would be game for wind rock as a potential. I think the under 10hrs makes the trip much more affordable and higher likelihood of a good turn out

This has been on my list for a while now..

A lot of the trails we rode in the ADKs in the 90s are now either closed or paved. Not sure if there's any private ohvs or anything now.
Not much, there's one out of Hunter Mtn down in the Catskills but otherwise you're left exploring dirt roads as far as I know.

Working on our folks . I keep plugging along. Some of the non gsmtr might want to go to windrock . I might could do something weeklong next year. Most of you all have been there done that. I'd like to knock the rubicon off my bucket list. It was written on that list back when dad was still around.

I did part of the Rubicon on a 4wheeler in 2003 from the Tahoe side. Had planned to go back in 2020, then Covid hit. It is a big trip and a long way to get there, no matter how you do it. Most take days to do the trail, but I think it could be done in a day, only about 10 miles. I think it is a big party and a lot of cruisers. I am not going to say I will not go back, but it may be a few more years when I can take more time off and hit some other things while out there.

Keep posting ideas.

#bucket list .. its been in the kitchen for years. St Petersburg Russia is also on that list so it may never be completed. :worms:Black Hills Cruiser Classic ? never been to South Dakota. There used to be some route over southern Oregon that was a past event. That trek seems cool. I like the KBB idea. Its more and overland route that needs highway legal vehicles as pavement interconnects sections. Theres some other cool routes that can be planned through Appalachia including north Georgia SC and western NC .
