where do you guys go for the run?(i am new) do you go wheeling at all? what time will you guys be going threw duncan? i was heading to nanaimo sat morning anyway

I can't wait... wish my truck was in one piece. Hey Jayson; I have my rear driveshaft off at the moment.... Should I bring it with me for a spare??!! LMAO!

I am in but was wondering if you guys where interested in change of venue. John showed me some pics of his trip up to the crash site in lake cowichan and there is snow up in there hills, Early snow run? Anyone know this location.

I am open to any suggestions to which trails we go. I have always wanted to see some of the crash sites on the island. Nitnat cruiser we are meeting in duncan at the tim hortons the corner of highway and drinkwater ie the one near the new walmart. I am always up to carrying a spare driveshaft that way i will not need it
what time do you guys think you will be at timmies in duncan, da ol lady has to be in nan by 1130 for an appoint. are you guys goin wheeling somewhere around there?

Thanks for the directions vern. We met up with jeremy at timmy's and he took us on a quick trip up a well overgrown trail just outside cowichan lake. From there we left him and tried to get to the crash site. We made it as far as the washout i think ken and you guys were climbing on in islandthon 2008. The snow got to deep and jay and i had to turn back. From there we went to skutz to try and find the real redballs. Tried some fun snow trails and came back to the playground for a bit. Headed out for dinner at mr. Mikes and home. Good run no major damage and everyone had fun.

Fun trip guys! Thanks Jay for the ride, I'm going to use many of your good ideas during my build. Oh yeah the build.... got to get back to that with new found enthusiasm.
