Climate control behave strange

Hi All,
A friend's 200 Climate is behaving strangely.
When placed on Lo (max cold) everything works perfectly. When increasing the Temp in one degree, the AC starts pushing warm air.
1) Is there any procedure to reset the climate control system?
2) Should the internal temp sensors might be faulty?

Where should he start?
