I picked up some ARB fog lights from alocal shop today, Trailhead 4x4, and I have to say that Eric, the owner, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He primarily works on Rovers, but he is all about serious off-road mods. He told me he started with and still owns toyotas and clearly knew a lot about them. Had a pallet of ARB stuff delivered and just about every Rover there had ARB gear. Not sure how his prices would be on install and such, but he was a nice guy and fun to talk to. I have not had good luck with the local 4wd Part and Accessories, so the existence of Trailhead was a nice surprise to me.
